如果能收国内的，不能收国外的邮件，有可能是该封邮件被判定为垃圾邮件，所以拒收了。这种情况下对方会收到我司服务器发出的拒收原

因，如：用其它信箱向我司的邮局服务器发送邮件时服务器提示： 554 mail server permanently rejected message怀疑为垃圾邮件

(#5.3.0)，同时.为了防止病毒邮件，我司企业邮局拒绝接收附件文件扩展名为"exe,bat,vbs,pif,com"的邮件．

解决办法是：只有叫发件方减少垃圾词汇，防止我司系统判其为垃圾邮件，详见：http://www.ccert.edu.cn/spam/sa/Chinese_rules.cf

我司未使用反垃圾的黑名单功能，不会拒收某些ip来的邮件，所以不存在对国内、国外的邮件特殊处理的情况。

如果用我司的邮局发送到国外的信箱，对方收不到邮件，则有可能是国外的邮件服务器把我司的Ip段列入了垃圾邮件黑名单，所以拒收了。国

外为了加强反垃圾邮件能力，将国内的若干IP段都列入了黑名单，所以拒收来自国内的邮件是很经常的事。
这时您可以分析您收到的退信，根据退信内容可以判断出原因来：

解决的办法是：在我司邮件系统里面，点发邮件>再点“发送国外邮件”，通过这个功能可以选择美国中继服务器直接发到海外信箱，以解决国内IP被列入黑名单的问题。发送国外邮件 暂存在草稿箱 显示增强功能

如果遇到不能收、发信的情况，最好多拿几个信箱测试一下，先根据其退信的内容来判断原因：下面是几封常见的退信：

这个是从我司邮局发到国外，但是国外的这个邮局要求做反解析，而国内的大多数邮局都不支持反解析，所以发送失败。
